Yes! The 303 SW wheel can be used with a tube that has a threaded valve. In order for the AXS Wheel Sensor to work you must use the threaded valve tube that is included with your wheel purchase. An approved tubeless tire from Zipp’s Tire Compatibility Chart must be used.
