Yes, for bikepacking applications we recommend choosing wider tires than used with normal riding. Please choose a tire that is on the Tire Compatibility Guide and is wider than 58mm /2.28". Do not exceed the maximum system weight of 286lb/130kg. The 303 XPLR S wheel is a great wheel for both road and gravel applications.
