Your original point of purchase may submit warranty claims for the first two years of ownership. After two years, claims are managed by local SRAM/Zipp dealers, and service charges may apply.
An authorized dealer must process warranty claims and send the product to a SRAM service location for evaluation. Direct service is not available. Proof of purchase is required to submit a claim; you must be the original owner to qualify. Registration is not required for warranty eligibility. A local shop different from the original point of purchase can process a claim at their discretion. If they accept, a labor and handling fee may be added. This is not a SRAM or Zipp fee but an allowed service charge by the dealer.
Zipp wheels and components that are from Model Year 2021 and later are covered by our global lifetime warranty, covering both manufacturing defects as well as any system failure that occurs while riding your bike within the intended use of you Zipp product.
For those cases when your wheel or component is not covered under warranty, Zipp offers the Keep Rolling program, offering repair or replacement at a reasonable price to keep you riding.
SRAM/Zipp retailers are familiar with the claims process and are comfortable assisting you as warranty claims are part of their service and support system. As soon as your dealer submits the warranty, the Tech Center in the region will provide the evaluation and service.
